Hello, I’m Blanca, a space holder, soul guide, and certified BioDanza facilitator devoted to the dance of life in all its sacred rhythms.
My path to BioDanza began as a quiet calling — a longing to remember the language of the body, the wisdom of the heart, and the joy of being fully alive. From the moment I stepped into my first session, I felt something awaken: a deep recognition that movement could be more than expression — it could be prayer. Healing. Union.
BioDanza is not just what I practice — it is what I live. It is how I return to presence, to softness, to the divine spark that lives within each of us. Through the sacred container of music, movement, and shared energy, I’ve witnessed hearts open, traumas loosen, and spirits rise.
My facilitation is rooted in love, intuition, and deep listening. I honor each person’s journey, and I hold space with the belief that our bodies know the way home. You don’t need to be a dancer, or even feel “ready” — you only need the willingness to show up as you are.
